HarNavCrafts is an Indian handmade crochet brand offering carefully handcrafted products for personal use and gifting. Every item is made with attention to detail and care.
Since every product is handmade, slight variations in size, color, stitching, shape, or pattern may occur. These natural variations are not defects and make every handmade creation unique.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. HarNavCrafts does not store your debit card, credit card, banking, or UPI credentials.
Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
Orders are shipped across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, although delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Customers may request order cancellation within 8 hours of placing the order. Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
We do not accept returns. Replacement requests are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.
Replacement requests must be reported within 8 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
All website content including text, product descriptions, logos, photographs, graphics, and designs are the intellectual property of HarNavCrafts unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
HarNavCrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
